He is survived by: his wife Marcia Tieskotter of Polk City, IA; his children, Sarah Hoffman of Polk City, IA, Zachary Hoffman (Wendy) of Polk City, IA and Jacob Hoffman (Bridget) of Iowa City, IA; his grandchildren, Noelle, Noah, Caleb, Isaac, Jory, Oliver, Skylinn and Jayden; his siblings, Michael Hoffman (Toni), Diane Heck (Don), Rose Kaufman and Barbara Hazelton (Ed); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Tieskotter (Barb) and Shirley Usgaard.
