He is survived by: his wife Barb of Pocahontas; his children, Greg Ahlrichs (Laura) of Havelock, Wendy Ahlrichs of Spencer and Ron Ahlrichs (Lacey) of Pocahontas; his siblings, Charlie Ahlrichs (Pam) of Pocahontas, Susan Halbolm (David) and Mike Ahlrichs (Olivia) of Des Moines; and his brother-in-law Bruce Spencer. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
