He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Perry and Carolyn Perry (Runneberg); and his grandparents, Lawrence, Alma Runneberg, Cyrus and Hazel Perry.
He is survived by: his children, Jesse Perry and Erin Perry of Spring, Texas; his grandchildren, Ava, Isabel and Samantha; his daughters, Caitlyn DeRosa (Mario) of Connecticut and Meghan Hickey (Dan) of Connecticut; his sisters, Gayle Thompson (Don) of Cedar Falls and Kim Perry of DePere, WI; and his nieces, Kate Thompson of Ankeny and Lesley Thompson of Ankeny.
