It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Carpenter of Pocahontas, Iowa, who passed away on June 18, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Paul and Jean; and his daughter Leisha. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Elaine Barringer; his children, Lynell Kuhn (Tim), Leanne, Les (Tammy), Lauren, Lindy, LaVern (Patricia), Lee (Emily) and Lenard; and his sisters, Betty, Cheryl, Marion and Glenda. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
