He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Miller and LaVina Miller (Seals); and his niece Angela Underwood. He is survived by: his stepdaughter Kayla Taylor (Jason Smith); his grandsons, Jason, Jedidiah and Jacob Smith; his sisters, Jean Hyslop (Don), Elizabeth Ehn (Jerry), Julie Tibke and Carrie McKain (Scott); and his former wife Nancy Neuroth Miller. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to be sent to Matt's family to defray funeral expenses.
