He is survived by: his sons, Mike and Matt; his wife Frances Blaha; his daughters, Jamie and Jessica; and his siblings, Louise Gerrard (Mark) of Pocahontas and Joe Zeman (Lory) of Pocahontas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
