She is survived by: her daughters, Lori Coniconde (Conrad) of Ankeny, Shari Frerk (Andy) of Havelock and Jan Stoulil of Mesa; and her sisters, Irene Leonard and Alice Levene. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
