She is survived by: her mother Myrt Schachtner (Torkelson) of Emmetsburg; her husband Jack North of Pocahontas; her children, Alicia Woods (Gregory) of Livermore, Tim North (Allison) of Rolfe and Melissa Miller (Alex) of Marathon; her grandchildren, Haylie, Rachael, Kylie, Lexi, Jackson, Max, Ayva, Drew and Harrison; and her siblings, Ron Schachtner (Rita) of Belmond, Tom Schachtner (Diane) of Emmetsburg, Denny Schachtner (Jane) of Minneapolis, MN, Nadine Rabe (Mike) of Paullina, Karen Auten (Val Dean) of Mallard, Lori Lopez of Des Moines and Amy Brody (Rick) of Palatine, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
