She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Hudek and Mae Hudek (Yocum); her husband Larry "Hank" Bollard; her daughter Jill Woods; her daughter-in-law Lori Bollard; and her siblings, Don Hudek, Ralph Hudek Jr., June Ahmann, Isla Mae Hallman and Harriet Byers.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Bollard (Susanne) of Des Moines, Jerry Bollard (Teresa) of Spirit Lake, Joan DeWall (Bob Gruntorad) of Pocahontas, Jeff Bollard (Betty) of Pella and John Bollard (Dawn) of Oakdale, Minnesota; her son-in-law Al Woods of Springville; her siblings, Norma Pletke (Lee), Ellen Kaipust, Albert Hudek and Dan Hudek (Sally); and her sister-in-law Mary Clayton (Clifford). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
