It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis June Mott (Pleasantville, Iowa), who passed away on April 3, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Corwin; and her siblings, Donna Faye Galvin and Dwight Clark. She is survived by: her parents, Donald Clark and Alice Clark (Richards); her children, Pamela Goering and Roger Mott (Jan) of Pleasantville; her siblings, Ken Clark (Diana) of Des Moines, Donny Clark (Linda) of Palm Springs and Diane Dunn of Indianola; and her granddaughters, Melanie Hurt (Aaron), Amy Guy (Jon), Alaina Goering, Alyssa Goering, Janie Hunter (Tommy) and Emily Sparling (Kale).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Macular Degeneration Research or to St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
