He was predeceased by: his siblings, Georgia Krichau, Joe, Raymond, Rolland, Roy and Herb; and his parents, George Irl and Janie Belle Collins (Dabb).
He is survived by: his wife Connie Rae Collins; his children, Michael Collins and Janel Legvold (Michael); and his grandchildren, Christopher Collins (Marco), Paige Legvold, Austin Legvold (Maritza) and Avery Henshaw (Adam). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the Pleasantville Christian Church, Pleasantville Food Bank or to the Pleasantville EMS.
