She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Gilderbloom and Elberta Gilderbloom (Wroughton). She is survived by: her cousins, Judy Krewson, Marge Mix, Rose Mary Anderson, Dixie Gilderbloom, Les Gilderbloom and Betsy White; and her aunt Nel Thompson. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Columbus Elementary School in Chariton or the Pleasantville Christian Church.
