He was predeceased by: his parents, Erling Moen and Lenore Moen (Phillips); his sister Sherry; and his grandson Rileigh Elton. He is survived by: his wife Janet Grubb; his children, Terry Moen, Dawn Paulmeno and Tamara Hine (George); his grandchildren, Andrew Moen (Misti), Kirstie Paulmeno, Toni Elton, Kai Elton and George Hine; his great grandchildren, Mae Mikesell, A. J. Moen and Peyton Paulmeno; and his siblings, Wesley, Robert (Diane), Donald, Richard, Ruth Boss and Shirley Eidsmoe (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
