He is survived by: his children, Mary Margaret and Mike Mott; his grandchildren, Grace, Ben and Joe Mott; his fiancé Konny Hilsabeck; and his partner's son Blake Hilsabeck.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Knoxville.
