He is survived by: his children, Natalie Jolly (David) of Pleasantville and Dennis Horn (Melinda) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Smith (CodyRay), Dale and Dean; his great grandchild Charlotte Smith; and his sisters, Marilyn and Luetta.
