He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur William and Betty Lou Raney (Elsie). He is survived by: his children, Zach Raney (Amanda) of Davenport, Iowa and Maria Hoffman (Brandon) of Davenport, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Reagan and Kayden. He is also survived by three sisters.
