He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Shellabarger and Marjorie Shellabarger; and his sister Doris Lawson. He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his son David (Joni); his grandchildren, Finley and Drew; his daughter Diane (Jerry); his grandchildren, Liz and Becca; his great grandchild Adelaide; and his siblings, Martha Ridenour (Darrell) and Burt Shellabarger (Doris).
