He is survived by: his wife Nancy of West Branch; his children, Destiny Sparrow of Channahon, Derek Racey (Lindsay) of Pleasant Hill, Eric Bumgardner (Ana) of Urbandale and Adam Bumgardner (Laura Reed) of Sierra Vista, Arizona.; his grandchildren, Avery, Addison, Savannah, James, Maia and Sophie; his close friends, Phil and Amanda Rushton; and also Gabriella.
