She was predeceased by : her parent Jan. She is survived by : her mother Leokadia Paliwoda (Rysiejko); her husband Leonard Ochylski; her children, Robert Ochylski and Tanya Fortman (Eric); her grandchildren, Harper, Evie Fortman, Porter and Hudson Ochylski; and her siblings, Renata Klimczak and Zygmunt Paliwoda (Jadzia). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
