He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Johnson and Gwen Johnson (Skog); his wife Kristen Hurty; his daughter Amy Beth (Dave Brandon); his brother Craig; his granddaughters, Emma and Annabel; and his brother Phil Johnson. He was also cherished by sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews in Minnesota, and hordes of cousins and extended family.
