He is survived by: his wife Willa Willich; his sons, William Dobbs (Bobbi) of East Moline and Matthew Dobbs (Robin) of Buffalo, Iowa; his niece Tonya Wilson (Jerome) of Davenport; his grandchildren, Allen Dobbs, Aaron Osborn and Brianna Eckhart; his great grandchildren, Noah, Paige, Abigail and Brittany; his brother Raymond Ray Dobbs (Marge) of Ava, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Joiner, Ruth Rothenberg and Edwin Willich. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
