He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine Miller and Arthur Miller; and his sisters, Harriett Nitcher and Marian Keegan. He is survived by: his sons, James A Miller (Jennifer) of Longmont and Kenneth D Miller (Carolyn) of Houston; and his sisters, Blanche Miller of Boston and Martha Caballero (Rupert) of Waukon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
