He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Raveling and Lena Raveling (Knox); his wife Norma Plagman; his siblings, Jordan, Adolf and Elein; and his daughter-in-law Mary (Rod Raveling).
He is survived by: his sons, Rodney Raveling of Peterson, IA, Blair Raveling (Mary) of Linn Grove, IA and Paul Raveling of Farmington, MN. He is also survived by four grandsons; two granddaughters; eight great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established by the family.
