She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Jarvis (Jones) and William Jarvis; her children, Kathy Benes and Rick Chapman; her siblings, Harold, Donald, Viola and Loretta; and her nephew Arvon Jarvis.

She is survived by: her husband Lowell Chapman of Persia, Iowa; her daughter Cheryl Bergman (Garry) of Clive, Iowa; her grandchildren, Steven, Sarah and Shari; and her great grandchildren, Caiden, Sarah and Hailey.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
