It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lewis Arlen Larsen of Persia, Iowa, who passed away on May 31, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Larsen and Esther Larsen (Sorensen); his brother Dean Larsen; his son-in-law Dean Nelson; and his brothers-in-law, Jake Dather, Gary Martens and Robert Martens.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Larsen (Martens); his children, Jeffery Larsen and Robin Nelson (Jeff); his grandchildren, Justin Nelson (Erin), Hilary Garren (Wade) and Melissa Kind (John); his great grandchildren, Trenton, Chase and Cole Garren; his sister Colleen Dather; and his brother-in-law Arlon Martens (Vicki). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
