He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Timothy, Tamara (Doug), Cecil, Jr. and Belinda; his stepchildren, Franklin, Joseph and Maria; and his siblings, Jack, David, Corky (Marie), Annie and Connie. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
