We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2021, at the age of 86, Thomas Reichley Hicklin of Perry, Iowa, born in Burlington, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Millard Fillmore and Cleora Mildred Hicklin (Jackson); his wife Marilyn Jacque Fischer; his daughters, Cortney Hicklin Phillips (Jack) of Evansville, IN and Amanda Webber (Lee) of Billings, MT; his grandchildren, Wilson Phillips, Tessa Phillips and Hunter Skov; his sister Mary Margaret Morris of Eldora, IA; and his nephew James Applegate.
Memorials will be given to the Hicklin-Winter Scholarship Fund and may be sent to State Bank of Wapello, 306 N Second St, Wapello, IA 52653.
