She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Pittman and Roy Pittman; her husband Andrew Appenzeller; and her siblings, Mae, Earl and Betty.
She is survived by: her daughter Terry Lake (William) of Adel; her granddaughters, Amanda Louise Lake-White (Wes White), Rachel Lynn Lake and Stephanie Rose Lake; her great grandchildren, Lorelei Jade Lake-White and Richard William Lake-White; and her sister Joyce Donnelly. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
