She is survived by: her children, Lamont Fenn of Van Meter, IA and Katina Carmichael (Rodney) of Adel, IA; and her grandchildren, Sierra (Nick McAdam), Savannah (Devin Goehring), Tanna (Zach Ridge) and Dakota Carmichael.
