He is survived by: his children, Bret Essing (Tammy), Sherri Aiken (Pete) and Lori Eiteman (Jamie); his grandchildren, Jeremy (Yvonne), Josh (Haley), Joel Lawton (Lynnette), Miranda and Samantha Essing; his great grandchildren, Clayton, Justin, Justus, Trenton, Jacob, Nathaniel, Parker, Emmett, Brentley Lawton and Addilyn Lawton; his great great grandchildren, Nova and Knoxton; his sister Juanita Hanson; his sisters-in-law, Beverly Essing and Susan Kleen; and his aunt Dorothy Huston (Mary Lou Runke). He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
