She is survived by: her parents, Arvin Heemstra (Butch) and Katharine Heemstra (Kathy); her siblings, Patricia Miller (Chris) of Grand Forks, ND and Brent Heemstra (Erin) of Brainerd, MN; her nieces, Gabrielle Carlson, Brittany Wright (Jonathan), Jade Symington (Damien), Kaycee Heemstra and Allison Heemstra; and her nephew Anthony Heemstra.
