It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Reis Joyce of Perry, Iowa, born in Dickinson, North Dakota, who passed away on July 2, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Puis Peter Reis and Charlotte Loretta Maley Reis; and her siblings, Paul Reis and Barbara Reis. She is survived by: her son Dustin Reis of Ames; her siblings, Mike Reis (Brenda) of Hartley, Ted Reis (Michelle) of Cherokee, Jim Reis of Correctionville, David Reis (Denise) of Lawton, Tim Reis (Christal) of Kingsley, Tom Reis (Vicky) of Topeka, Kansas, Mary Mallard (Lee) of North Dakota, Betty Riddle of Onawa, Kathy Zimmer of Marcus and Margie Mesler of Cherokee; and her sister-in-law Lori Reis of North Dakota. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
