He was predeceased by: his parents, Ransome Nelson (RA) and Helen Nelson (Anderson). He is survived by: his former wife Wanda Taylor; his children, Chris Nelson (Lori), Craig Nelson (Natali), Jay Nelson (Paula), Joel Nelson (Renee) and Kendra Norman (Matt); his grandchildren, Hannah, Jacob, Cole, Jenna, Emma, Cael, Ryker, Xander and Zane; and his siblings, Karen Taylor, Helen-Ann Harrison, John Nelson, Linda Nelson and Bill Nelson.
Memorials will be directed to Dallas County 4-H or Dallas County Fair Association.
