He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Miller and Katherine Miller (Foltz); his son Jamie Miller; and his brothers, Mike and Joe Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Josh Miller of New Orleans and Nicole Till (Joe); his grandchildren, Olivia and Joey of Hudson, Wisconsin; his son Kelle Miller (Emily); and his granddaughter Frances of Madrid, Iowa. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
