She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Harvey and Mildred Lucille Hanson (Block); her husband Burt Jurgensen; her siblings, Ronnie Hanson and Judith Jibaja; and her grandson Randy Beardsley.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Jurgensen, Breta Jurgensen of Woodward, IA and Curtis Jurgensen of Woodward, IA; her siblings, Marilyn Bell (Frank), Debra Label (Rodger) and John Hanson; her grandchildren, Whitney Erickson, Jordan Erickson, Wesley Beardsley and Tyler Beardsley; and her great grandchildren, Saundra Beardsley, Olivia Beardsley, Levi Crail and Gabrielle Erickson.
Memorials may be directed to the family in Donna's name and sent to Murdock Funeral Home.
