He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jack. He is survived by: his parents, Nicole and Justin; his sisters, Caisen and Jaelyn; his grandparents, Arlene, Jan, Don and Rick; his aunts and uncles, Katie, Kate, Blake and Carl; his cousins, Tate, Trenton, Breaya, Wyatt, Blakley, Callum and Melo; and his great-grandparents, Ardella, Nylene, Sandy, LaNelle and Leon.

Masks must be worn and social distancing must be followed.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Charlie's name and may be left or sent to Murdock Funeral Home.
