He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Jean Conklin; his daughters, Patty Lile of Perry, Pamela Haakma of Perry and Bernadette Culp (Steven) of Dayton; his grandchildren, Peggy Cannon (Dave) of Perry, Paula Pena of Des Moines, Penny Esquivel (Carlos Trevino) of Denison, David Lile (Reanna) of Boone, Adam of Dayton, Austin of Dayton, Shelby Sorenson of Dayton and Clayton Culp of Dayton; his great grandchildren, Ashley Patton (Quinton) of Des Moines, Augusto Jata (Quincy) of Perry, Cheyenne Pacheco of Des Moines, Leslie Mendez (Edgar) of Denison, Ricky Esquivel of Ames, Jaquelyn Esquivel of Denison, Bailey Smith (Trevor) of Boone, Brooke of Boone, Blake of Boone and Brinley Lile of Boone; his great great grandchildren, Andres of Denison, Dominic of Denison, Nattaly Mendez of Denison, DeAndre, Reignah Patton of Des Moines, Kingston of Perry and Emerson Jata of Perry; and his sister-in-law Linda Conklin of Ogden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
