She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert J. Daniels and Hazel Alice Daniels (Fagen); her husband Jack Smith; and her siblings, Wilma Waters, Earl Daniels and Paul Daniels.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Smith (Duane) of Lenexa, Kansas and Thomas (Sandra) of Homosassa, FL; her grandchildren, Abby Henderson (Jeff) and Zach Smith (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Emma Henderson, Gus Henderson, Hank Henderson, Jake Smith and Clair Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorials be made to the Perry Public Library and may be sent directly to the library in Alberta's name or to Murdock Funeral Home.
