He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Dorothy Jean Emerson (Norman); his brother David; and his parents-in-law, Fred and Colleen Raschke.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Raschke; his children, Christina Emerson, Kimberly Fabor (Jeff), Stacy Pollock (Jeremy) and David Emerson; his grandchildren, Megan Mockmore (Denny), Alyssa Dreckman (Bryce), Dylan Fabor, Emily Ford (Samm), Elizabeth, Lillian, Arielle Pollock, Thomas and Kaylee Emerson; his great grandchildren, Aiden Ostrum, Cael, Finley Mockmore, Mason Ford and Tatum Dreckman; his brother Richard Emerson (Diana); and his in-laws, Fred (Kate) and James Raschke.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Thomas Emerson Educational Memorial Fund, or Hospice of Dubuque.
