He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Harris; his sons, Marty Kalb (Cathy) of Peosta, Ben Kalb (Jill) of Dubuque and TJ Kalb (Shelly) of Dyersville; his grandchildren, Shelby Maas (Luke), Charles Duve (Natalie), Hannah, Heather, Emma, Eleinor Kalb, Georgie Thurm (Nick), Trystan, Gage Kalb, Dan Ernzen (Kate), Alyssa Krapfl (Hunter), Kaetlyn Cary (Shawn) and Zach Little; his sister Betty Campbell; and his siblings-in-law, Lyle Harris (Dianne), Marlene Kalb and Diane Harris.
