He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Manternach and Laura Manternach (Reiter); his parents-in-law, Daryl and Geneva Hovey; and his siblings, John Manternach, Herb "Cubby" Manternach and Susie Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Glinda Manternach; his children, Kara Hickie (Brian), Jenni Green (Ted), Rob Manternach (Abby), Kelly Dolphin (Shawn), Tracy Thein (Terry), Michelle Heiderscheit (Jeremy) and Jared Ernst (Emily); his grandchildren, Caden, Gannon and Ethan Hickie; his children, Carter, Ellie, Josie Green, Carly, Leona, Elsie Manternach, Julia, Will, Drew Dolphin, Austin, Alyssa Blaser, Chloe, Jackson Thein, Nathan, Peter Heiderscheit, Mckenzie and Easton Ernst; and his siblings-in-law, Jay Brown and JoAnn Latham (Douglas). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
