She is survived by: her husband Dave Clemens; her children, Jennifer Clemens-Conlon (Dan) of Peosta, Kevin Clemens (Kelly) of Peosta, Kristin Kluesner (Jayme) of Peosta and Lisa Berger (Tom) of Epworth; her grandchildren, Jack, Leo, Emma Clemens, Ella, Hanna and Hayden Kluesner; and her pet Vinnie.
A Karen Clemens Memorial Fund has been established and will be distributed among Karen's favorite organizations.
