With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elgen Meyer of Peosta, Iowa, born in Garnavillo, Iowa, who passed away on November 6, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Noeding and Marie Noeding; her stepfather Don Leonard; and her brother-in-law Harvey Borcherding. She is survived by: her husband Carlyn Meyer of Peosta, IA; her children, Julie Adams (Daniel) of Eau Claire, WI, Trisha Hicks of Lisbon, IA and Thadd Meyer (Kendra) of West Columbia, SC; her grandchildren, Abigail Jarecki (Jim), Jonathan Adams, Zachariah Hicks (Mackay), Hannah Hicks, Mercy Hicks, Gabrielle Meyer and Ariana Meyer; her great grandchildren, Tyler Jarecki and Mackenzie Jarecki; and her sister Eldoris Borcherding of Garnavillo, IA..
