She is survived by: her husband Gene; her family, Jeff Newman (Sherry) of Geneva, IL, Tim (Hannah), Karis, Kinnick, Johanna (Kristopher), Ezra, Lydia, Anika, Isaiah, Sheryl (Steve), Hailey Roland (Stephen), Shyla, Teegan, Dalton Stanley (Nicole), Treven Stanley, Tamre Nemec (Keith) of Huxley, IA, Beth Nemec, Chris Nemec, William Nemec, Joel Newman (Stephanie) of Slater, IA, Eli Newman, Jael Newman, Evan Newman and Charisma Newman; and her siblings, Phil, Ron (Joan), Phyllis, Rick (Cindy) and Denny (Cheryl). She is also survived by other brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Garden Chapel Funeral Home (1301 Main St, Pella, IA 50219). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Berean Baptist Church (314 Main St, Pella, IA 50219).
