She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon A. Dusseldorp and Jeanette Van Dusseldorp (Verschuure); her parents-in-law, John and Wilma Hugen; her sister Joyce De Armond; her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Hugen and Dan Dupree; and her nephews, Scott Dupree and Ashley Hugen.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy; her husband Howard; her family, Amy, Bryan Maach of Vail, Ceirra Jane, Dennis Ryan, Kayla, Eriel Faith, Kelly Hugen of Pella, Tyler Gene, Kaden Jay and Nathan Ryan; her brother Gerald (Janny Van Dusseldorp); and also, Bob (Betty Hugen), Jim (Joyce Hugen), Nancy DuPree of Lake Worth and Roger (Linda Hugen).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to American Cancer Society or Hope Ministries - Des Moines.
