She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Richardson and Alice White Richardson; her husband Ronald Cook; her daughter Ronda Linn; and her siblings, Helen Orser and Bill Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Paul Jr. Mary (Rebecca) and Julie Box (Brian) of Oskaloosa, IA; and her sister Jeanette Quick.
