She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Briggs and Zella Kirby Briggs; her husband Robert Dean Doonan; her daughter Marcia Oliver; her granddaughter Melissa Grubb; and her siblings, Virginia Briggs, Colleen Fox, Melvin Briggs (Betty), Wavern Briggs (Carolyn) and James Briggs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Virginia "Ginger" Grubb (Bill) of Barnes City and Debra Leichty of Des Moines; her grandchildren, Robert Oliver, Chris Oliver, Deanna Arkema (Joel), Samantha Howell (Ezekiel), Faith Leichty and Sara Yoder (Donovan); and her great grandchildren, Liam, Elly Arkema, Emma and Blake Yoder.
Memorials may be made to the Indianapolis Cemetery.
