He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mulgrew and Helen Mulgrew (Schulting); and his brother Dallas. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Utzig; and his children, Scott Mulgrew, Tina, Shelley Beecher (Mulgrew), Gary, Troy Mulgrew, Sharon, Lance Mulgrew, Deb, Shauna Ramsdell (Mulgrew) and Jay. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
