She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ray Kennedy and Carol Kennedy (Groth); her children, Jeremiah, Elisa, Joel, Jonathan and Josiah; her former husband Dennis Seibert; her husband Dan Carter; her stepson Rick Seibert; her children, Jozana Carter (Clayton), Doug Klahsen (Annaleigh), Sarah Carter, Hudson, Mack, Hodges, Allyson Carter (Poe) and Megan Carter; her stepchildren, Conrad, Christina Carter, Ebon, Ranee Carter (Elizabeth), Denise and Pat Rawls (Tylor); her siblings, Stan (Lorraine Kennedy), Jeff (Judy Kennedy), Jennifer (Rick Byriel) and Gordon; and also, Selina, Layne and Brianna.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Church (605 Broadway St, Pella, IA 50219). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
