We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2024, at the age of 89, Jean Costache (Pella, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Schimmel and Cora Schimmel (Van Roekel); her husband George Costache; her brothers, David Schimmel and Henry Schimmel; and her brother-in-law Gerrit Branderhorst.
She is survived by: her sisters, Hendrena "Dody" (Leland Braun) and Wilmena "Willa" Branderhorst of Pella; and her sisters-in-law, Zelda Rozenboom (Ron) of Rose Hill and Wilma Beyer (Schimmel) of Pella.
